POLEY PEDRO XIMÉNEZ

Sweet wine produced with Pedro Ximénez raisined grapes which were harvested in mid-August and laid under the sun to concentrate all their sugars. As for this crop, the temperatures were so high that only five days were needed. After the press, a sweet must was obtained and left to rest for over a year. The result is a sweet and silky wine that makes you fall in love.

TRIAL TASTING

Amber with copper borders. Medium intensity, highlights of primary aromas from the raisined Pedro Ximénez variety such as grapes, figs and honey. Memories of caramel and vegetable freshness of grape stalks. Sweet entry, silky pass and mild acidity.

Ideal accompaniment to desserts, cheesecake and chocolates.
