POLEY CREAM 10 YEARS
A generous wine with a unique and surprising character. Produced from the mix of our Don PX and aged Oloroso soleras, using Pedro Ximénez grapes only. It’s put to an oxidative ageing for 10 years.
- Sight: Dark mahogany, slow movement in glass.
- Aroma: Very intense. Pedro Ximénez’s distinctive aromas such as honey, caramel and raisined plums blend together. A citric orange peel touch comes along with the Oloroso oxidative aromas like toasted, toffee, smoked and spices smells.
- Taste: Sweet and fresh entry. A round wine where the acidity and sweetness are perfectly balanced. A pleasant and highly aromatic pass.
Ideal to enjoy on its own, in a glass with an ice cube and orange rind. It’s also excellent with pâté and foie, medium mature cheeses, cheesecake and berries.
