POLEY CREAM 10 YEARS

A generous wine with a unique and surprising character. Produced from the mix of our Don PX and aged Oloroso soleras, using Pedro Ximénez grapes only. It’s put to an oxidative ageing for 10 years.

TRIAL TASTING

Dark mahogany, slow movement in glass. Very intense. Pedro Ximénez’s distinctive aromas such as honey, caramel and raisined plums blend together. A citric orange peel touch comes along with the Oloroso oxidative aromas like toasted, toffee, smoked and spices smells. Sweet and fresh entry. A round wine where the acidity and sweetness are perfectly balanced. A pleasant and highly aromatic pass.

WINE PAIRING

Ideal to enjoy on its own, in a glass with an ice cube and orange rind. It’s also excellent with pâté and foie, medium mature cheeses, cheesecake and berries.
