A refreshing dry wine elaborated with early-harvested Pedro Ximénez grapes which were harvested at the end of July to obtain a fresh wine with fruity aromas, acidity and low alcohol content. After being stored in stainless steel tanks for six months, it’s bottled. A white wine that surprises you for its aromatic intensity and freshness.
