The awards we have achieved signify the acknowledgement of our constancy in the vinegar elaboration career. Antonio Sánchez was a visionary in a time when nobody had faith in this product. That creative view, together with the natural environment’s influence on the wine we use as raw material, and the long ageing in barrels, allowed us to elaborate exceptional author vinegars.
Our Gran Reserva has obtained the Gold medal in the VINAVIN Awards (Cordova) every year, the sector’s national and international most important contest at the moment. It has also been awarded with an especial acknowledgement from the Cordovan Deputation, rewarding excellence and our know-how in the traditional elaboration of vinegars.
