This wine’s origin is the result of Antonio Sánchez personal choice over fino wine butts that had a different profile from the rest. After a long time and process of ageing, it acquired a great aromatic complexity. It’s one of the winery’s treasures, acknowledge with a Platinum medal in the Decanter DWWA awards with 97 points.

TASTING NOTES

• Sight: Amber with beautiful copper and greenish reflections.
• Aroma:  Intensely aromatic, noble and elegant. Tobacco, wood, spices and mineral notes. Nuts, citric peels and fine bakery aromas.
• Taste: Dry and voluminous entry with memories of the time it spent inside old wood butts. Velvety, intense and elegant.
